Interviewed Jan 2010 in Kingwood, TX (took a day)
My first and only interview at this location was supposed to be 1:1 at the studio. When I arrived, the interviewing manager had one of the other employees sit in on the interview with us to "help" her. Most of their questions did not pertain to the job responsibilities, my skills, or work history. In fact, the time was wasted with lots of "um's" and irrelevant conversation, like asking about my favorite bands, favorite movies, wondering if I'd ever been to a concert, or if I listened to their favorite radio station, etc. It was ridiculous, and I could tell that the "kids" (they were fresh out of high school) were only interviewing me because they "had" to and not because they were actually considering offering me the job. For the record, I had a very nice, successful interview at another location later and was offered a job there instead. But this particular location was a waste of time.

Interviewed Mar 2012 in Houston, TX (took a day)
They asked me to bring in three things that were important to me, asked about a hypothetical situation to see how I would handle it--ie: the phone is ringing, there are people waiting to be checked in, someone has a question.

Interviewed Nov 2011 in Springfield, VA (took a day)
I applied online at either careerbuilder.com or snagajob.com and received a call the next day requesting an interview. I arrived for my interview 10 minutes early and was greeted by one of the sales associates. The manager was not available to see me until 20 minutes after my interview was supposed to start because the store was so busy. The interview was simple and straight to the point with no trick questions. After the brief interview with the store manager I momentarily spoke with the area manager. About 3 days later I received the phone call saying I was hired.

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Hurst, TX (took 1 week)
I had to wait over an hour to be interviewed because the manager was busy. I saw employees hustling around, they didn't look all that happy. The assistant manager looked very apathetic and like everything was bothering him. The manager was nice enough, she looked at my portfolio and commented on it, said it was good I had experience. The interview took like 10 minutes at the maximum. I was called back in about a week and offered the job.

Interviewed Jun 2008 (took a day)
easy interview, you meet the district manager, he looks at your resume and start firing off questions about your experience.
the key to interviewing really is 50/50 your resume and your ability to create rapport with the future boss.
think of it as a sales presentation and you're being asked why should i choose you over others, it really doesn't matter what you say but how you deliver the ticket

Interviewed Nov 2007 (took a day)
Just a couple questions about how I would react at certain moments. If I could juggle handling multiple customers in person and on the phone. I showed them my portfolio even though it wasn't necessary. A couple personal questions about me. And then some general things about what the job would entail.
