Interviewed Jan 2010 (took a day)
I interviewed with TSC as part of their campus recruitment process. The interview was staged in two phases, with the first phase focusing on my analytical skills and knowledge base. That meant guess estimates of varying difficulty. The second phase focused on my fit with the company's values framework.

Interviewed Jan 2012 in New Delhi (India) (took a day)
it was a pretty pleasant process. The test was tough. The group discussion was fun. Yea the interview was a little tough and grilling. It was a place you had to be yourself. And the interviewers appreciate it. I was at comfort and answered all questions as well as I could.

Interviewed Dec 2010 in Delhi (India) (took a day)
The process consisted of a general aptitude cum gk test followed by a GD, both of these were elimination rounds. Topic of my GD was- Is Wikileaks ethical? This was followed by 3 rounds of interview, of which last was an HR round. Questions in my interview were either guesstimates or from finance as i had told them that i has appeared for CFA the previous month, a few questions were also based on projects I did in graduation and a fin newsletter i was a member at college.

Interviewed Oct 2010 in New Delhi (India) (took a day)
the company came to the college campus and started with the pre-placement talk and then moved on for an aptitude test consisting of quants, stats, gk and english grammar and written communication test.
Then the next round consisted of Group Discussion with 8 members per group. The topic was "Commonwealth games 2010 will be a success or not?"
Both the initial rounds were elimination rounds. The final round was a panel interview with 2 people sitting in the panel. The interview was not so tough with the questions being generally asked on marketing strategy theory and BCG matrix and all. I was also asked questions from finance background.

Interviewed Jul 2010 (took a day)
I was here for the position of Data Analyst. 7 of us had come for the process, we were asked to wait in the waiting room (which was later made the interview room). After about waiting for 15 min, an HR person led us inside the main work area.
1st round was aptitude test where we had to answer 30 multiple choice questions in 25 min (+2 for correct, -1 for incorrect). Totally based on simple mathematics fundae. Also there were 3 Data Interpretation cases. No round was elimination round.
After about 20 min after collection of papers, we were told the order in which we had to appear for the interview.
2nd round was interview round. There was a panel of 2 people from Data Analyst team. The interview lasted for about 30 min each. There were 3 case study type questions. 1 Maths puzzle (make 29 using 4 3s and any mathematical operator). There were questions on my present organization and its working, etc. I was asked about some statistics concepts too.
After this, there was the 3rd round, again an interview. This one had a single person interviewing. First time I was asked for my resume and initial questions were based on that. Then, there were about 5-6 Mathematics puzzles asked. Rest was mainly HR type questions - as to what are my skills, and will I be interested in working for this position rather than another position which is not of my interest but offering twice the package, etc etc.
As soon as I came out of the interview room (lasted about 40 min), I was asked to leave for the day, and the result would be told by telephone.
