Clinician Interview

Marlin, TX

I applied online and the process took a day - interviewed at The University of Texas Medical Branch in October 2009.

Interview Details – utmb human resource representative within the prison unit contacts to schedule interview. Once the date is set you will be interviewed by a psych nurse, and two staff members. The applicant will be asked several behavioral questions related to situations such as team-work and handling difficult situations. At this point, you will be given a tour by the manager and thanked for taking the time to complete the interview process. Different units implement different questions. One might be asked to define several terms, another unit may ask to provide 3 possible diagnosis for different patient diagnostic situations. Given a tour of the facility, and thanked for participating.
