Interview Details

Phone screen by the director then an invitation to do an onsite interview which is an all day interview with different leaders. Make sure to ask to be interviewed by who you report to (the person you are meeting weekly with). I interview with 6 people but when I accepted the job the person I report to was not someone I interviewed with, not a good suprise.
