I submitted my resume on UTMB's website and filled out their online Profile Information, which is similar to an online resume. A few weeks later, HR contacted me for an interview. They gave me the names of the people I would be interviewing with. The interviewers made me feel very comfortable and at ease. About 1 week later, I received a call that they wanted me to interview with the staff and the person I would be assisting. About 1 week after that, I received a phone call from HR notifying me that I did not get the position.

    Interview Questions
    • The interview questions were standard questions, but when you want something so bad, it seems a little intimidating. It was a good process to go through, which will help me with future interviews.   Answer Question

Interviewed with hiring manager, then team leads and was called within 1 week. What takes longer is the background check. The salaries are based on experience. It's hard to advance within, especially if you wish to go up. Overall, the benefits are great and their health insurance is really good. ,
