I applied through other source and the process took 2 days - interviewed at The Washington Post in June 2010.

Interview Details – TWP uses a Targeted Selection behaviroal interview system. Candidates are asked 8 - 15 situation specific questions that should allow the candidate to demonstrate competencies and accomplishments in their work. Questions need to be answered in PAR format (problem, action, solution).
