EY Advisory Staff Interview Question (student candidate)

I interviewed in Chicago, IL and was asked:
"The behavioral interviews were pretty generic. I was a little taken aback by the format of the case interview, since I'm not very experienced in that area. We were given a case "packet" that contained about 3.5 pages worth of information. Some of the content was obviously extraneous information that was easy to ignore. I think what's most important is to divide your recommendation into different groups (i.e. People, Technology, etc.). They recommended that I use a "Framework" to answer my question, which I kinda did."
