The most specific and consequently the most difficult

  ( though expected ) question for the position that I was applying for resembled something like: "Tell me about a specific time when a customer was unhappy about a transaction or procedure, and what you did to resolve that situation?"

Pretty typical of an interview question for this type of position, although you really should prepare an effective response before hand. It's not a question you should totally improvise. You don't want to waste an awkward five seconds in silence why you try to recall and formulate an appealing answer.
