Interview Question for Sales Consultant at Thomas International:

I'd recently worked as a teacher in a start up school. Teaching gave me the work life balance needed to raise a family. After leaving the industry for a long time and taking on a stay at home mom posiion, we, women tend to loose a lot of self confidence. My recent work experience in a role I believe I was already qualified demonstrated my ability to still drive to finish a project. I still get restless at a position that does not challenge me. In other words, my recent job experience showed ME what I am still capable of doing. I am confident in my abilty to commit, my ability to learn, and my abiltiy to take a project from point a to the end.
