The questions weren't really all that difficult. Some

  required some thought like "what is an example of bad customer service?" It was surprising that they'd ask that since obviously they want good customer service. Also they asked questions about what to do if someone is shoplifting and warning signs of it.

For the shoplifting the answers were that you tell a manager if you think someone's shoplifting but don't let the person know you know that way they'll stay in the store until police can arrive. Warning signs are large but empty bags, or bags from stores that aren't even in the mall.
