If you get to this point of the interview, I would suggest to try your best and keep a calm and understanding voice as well as composure. Try to offer feasible solutions to the situation in the role-play. After all, this is to test how you are under pressure and if you do get the job, you might have to deal with people like this often. Even if you don't have previous experience with this, just think about the times when you had to contact Customer Service for any company for something that went wrong or is broken.
