Send Answer Interview Answer 1 Answer ▲ 1 ▼ Read all of the emails carefully right when you start, and make note of ones that have things you're required to reply to or give you things to do a specific time, as some are from your manager. I got caught up in the calling leads and referrals and missed a deadline, which was probably my downfall.Also, I was a little sick. This is a really demanding round, much harder than the door-knocking exercise, so schedule it for your most clear-headed time of day. If you don't feel totally well-rested and clear-headed when you wake up that morning, call in to the assessment provider or EJ and say you don't feel well and need to reschedule.
