An advice for those who are interviewing for a job. Always give specific example during the interview. Always close your answer positively even when discussing your weakness or past mistake. Do not leave the interviewer an impression that you have not figure out a way to correct your weakness or mistake. Be sure to send a Thank You email after the interview. Follow up if you do not hear anything after a week.
