Interviewed Oct 2010 in Pune (India) (took a day)
Interview was good. as far as the interviews i had given earlier. it was almost at par with other big names in the industry. there was a technical test prior to the interview which was easy if you have a good understanding of your field.
Interview was mix of HR and technical questions.

Interviewed Sep 2009 (took a day)
I had applied about two months before the interview date. The date and time of the interview was fixed two days earlier by mutual consent and it lasted about 45 minutes. I got the impression that they wanted somesone quite used to their style of working ( possibly an ex-employee) and were not expecting any major deviations from their past styles. At least someone in exactly the same line of business.

Interviewed Jan 2008 in Pune (India) (took 3 days)
I was referred by an employee for whose consultancy I had done an undergrad project. I had to give an objective 4-option paper IQ test which had normal verbal ability and quantitative ability questions. Then after a day I was given a call for an interview. The questions in the PI were related to what I learnt overall in instruemntation engineering. The other stuff was related to project engg and management and some questions were directed to make an estimate of my knowledge of standards existing in the industry
