Sprint Sales Associate Interview Question

I interviewed in Santa Monica, CA and was asked:
"They always ask this question " Name a time when you had to make a difficult sale. Tell me why it was difficult and what did you do to make the sell." Best to know what you're gonna say before you get in the interview."

I currently work at McDonalds, a difficult sale that I had to make was a customer had made a special order about what she wanted to be on her sandwich. The things she wanted to substitute on her sandwich were not in the system's computer. This was difficult because I had to communicate with non English speaking people in the kitchen. In the end I did what I had to, to make sure the order was 100% correct and the customer was satisfied with the order she placed.
