I highlighted my customer service experience and made sure to mention how I deal with stressful situations or irate customers. I reiterated my love of music, how I wanted to show others how to make music, and just kept calm. Again, customer service is critical to this position. If you get this question, make sure you highlight your experience and ability to adapt to changing priorities (i.e. on-call shifts).
