Interview Question for Analyst at Accenture:

This question covers the case study process (1 of the 4 assessed parts). You are given a booklet that has background information on a company and the views of some of the employees. Your job is to find the problems in the company and outline any solutions. You are given 20 minutes to study the information and make notes and then you will have a role-play interview where you will be quizzed on the problems and their solutions.
