I told them that the situation was one that needed to be looked at from a broader perspective because no business situation exists in a vacuum and that risks come from very unlikely sources. I did a "back of the envelope" input-output model to show that the risks were not just doing business with this entity but also with their suppliers of their raw materials and with their customers since with their customers there was a concentration risk that needed to be addressed.
