The process took a day - interviewed at Thomas Weisel Partners in November 2009.
Interview Details – There are two phone interviews and a final round super-day. The phone interviews are more or less, by the book. The "fit" questions followed by a few technicals, but mostly fit. The super-day is a rotating interview between 4-5 interviewers. It is a combination of "good cop, bad cop" technicals and fit questions. However, the intensity is based on academic background and internship experience. Overall, pleasant experience.
