Had to take a test. Didn't sleep very well the night before. Did badly on the test. Then was interviewed. I don't interview very well.

Interviewed Aug 2010 in New York, NY (took 3 months)
Met a recruiter at a job fair. Within two months I was referred to a local hiring manager who I contacted via email. Within another few weeks I conducted a phone interview and follow up 1:1 interview.
The job was offered on the spot. Follow up is very imporatant as the people doing the hiring are busy with other responsibilities.
Reason for Declining
The paperwork for the offer was not solid.

I applied In-Person and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.
