I was contacted by an HR representative to set up an interview time. At the interview I met with two managers for about 40 minutes and then had to do a mock phone call. The people were very nice and I was able to ask questions and shadow another employee for about 20 minutes, getting a better feel for what they do on a day to day basis. I didn't end up getting the job, but overall it was a good experience. No outlandish or particularly difficult questions.

the time spent was interesting and certainly worth while. Quality Company with professional approach to interview process. Unfortunately their requirements were so specific and detailed that it soon became obvious to me that only an internal hire would be qualified.
