Three of my 150 friends have phone numbers ending in a permutation of the digits 0, 1, 4, and 9. Is this surprising?

4*3*2*1/10000 = 0.24%
the probability of finding a similar number out of 150 given friend phone numbers is
3/150 = 2%
the probability of the favorable event has increased over 8 times than in the random case, and hence is surprising.
