    The first interview is a group interview with at least 30 other applicants. The 2nd round interview is you alone with about 5 of them. The third round is 5 finalists. You give a 5 minute presentation on the college you graduated from.

    Must apply through school's website. If you meet the minimum qualifications you will be contacted by the school's human resources department. There will be a brief phone screen to determine if there is a potential fit and if so you will be invited for an interview with the hiring manager. If that goes well you will be invited to interview with key members of the department. Subsequent to that a hiring decision will be made

    Large group interview with 25+ applicants & panel of 10 staff, small group interview with one applicant and a panel of 5 staff, final group interview with 4 other finalist applicants and panel of 10 staff. Staff and hiring managers were warm, friendly and transparent about how the job would be.
