    The first interview is a group interview with at least 30 other applicants. The 2nd round interview is you alone with about 5 of them. The third round is 5 finalists. You give a 5 minute presentation on the college you graduated from.

There will be a brief phone screen to determine if there is a potential fit and if so you will be invited for an interview with the hiring manager.     Large group interview with 25+ applicants & panel of 10 staff, small group interview with one applicant and a panel of 5 staff, final group interview with 4 other finalist applicants and panel of 10 staff. Staff and hiring managers were warm, friendly and transparent about how the job would be.
