Human Resources Manager Interview

Human Resources Manager
New York, NY

I applied online and the process took 4 days - interviewed at Tiffany & Co. in September 2012.

Interview Details – The Recruiting Manager/Director called to set up a phone interview. She asked detailed questions about my current position, experience, and to describe each previous job. It was nothing too technical and there were no questions that I wouldn't have expected. She then launched in to somewhat of what I would call a hard sell telling me about the fantastic benefits and discounts on Tiffany products, etc. The call lasted about 30 minutes. At end she told me she was going to discuss my resume with the hiring manager and get back to me. Since that was over a month ago now I have to assume she's not in fact going to get back to me. It's pretty rude not to respond to a candidate who has been interviewed. It's also pretty lazy since every Applicant Tracking System has a very simple option to send a "Reject" letter. Overall I have not been left with a good impression of Tiffany & Co,

Interview Question – The recruiter just went through my resume job by job.   Answer Question
