I was contacted by an hr rep who I believe was located out the east coast office. Did a 45 minute phone interview that went well and got me in front the west coast manager and the sf manager. The interview went well and lasted over an hour. They said they were in the beginning stages of the interview process and that they would get back to me in January when they completed the interviews process.
I sent a great thank you email to both parties and never heard back or received any type of follow up. I tried calling the hr manager back just to confirm that I was no longer a candidate but again nothing.
For a company that emphasizes great customer service you should be able to extend that to potential applicants.

He asked me to tell him about the Tiffany company
He asked me to go through my curriculum for him
He asked me to describe myself
He was easy going and light hearted. Included some humor in his interview, tried to talk to me on the same level I was.

I first applied online. I was contacted by phone for an interview at a later time. The phone interview took about 40 minutes and basically walked through what was on my resume and why did I leave a position. I was then emailed a personality test a few days later. After I completed the test I was given a series of times and dates to schedule an interview for. The interview lasted about 2 hours. I met with 4 people. If you don't look the part, you will not be selected. I had outstanding experience in luxury sales.

there was an initial phone interview, then an online personality test. Got to the job fair, and was there for 3 hours, inerviewed with 4 different people. Pre employment drug screen and background check are mandatory as well.

Applied online and received a call to schedule an interview the next day. I had a phone interview which lasted about 30 minutes. The woman interviewing me was nice but the interview was very structured and asked a lot of questions about certain situations that I dealt with in my previous experience. I had just graduated from college and had very little job experience other than internships. I received an email 3 weeks later telling me that I did not get the job.

Outside of formal business attire, it was a very informal interview. I spoke to the manager about my interests, education and hobbies. We discussed whether I would be interested in staying with Tiffany's at the end of the holiday season and what my goals for the future were.
