Interviewed Apr 2012 in Albany, NY (took 5 weeks)
I applied for the position online on Monster.com (I think) and at the end of the application there was a half-hour long mock phone skills exam. That exam was quite modern, not a 80 question "strongly agree/disagree" type of exam. It was answering phone calls and picking your best options, while using computer software (just like in a telesales office). I then received a call the next day and had a brief phone interview with a recruiter who wanted to find out more about me, why I left my last job, and when I would be ready to work. We then arranged for a 1:1 interview at the new office in the city. The 1:1 interview was first with a younger supervisor who, from what I believe, was screening out the not so great candidates. Then right after that was another 1:1 interview with one of the head managers. That was much more intense, professional, and concise. There was hypothetical workplace questions, questions about my goals, and why I should have that job. It all went well and I received a call two hours later from my original recruiter offering me the job.

Negotiation Details
There really was no negotiation phase. The salary is pretty cut and dry considering it's such a large corporation and it's a mainly commission-based job. However, the on-boarding process, which consists of taking the drug test (within the next 48 hours after the offer) and the background paperwork and investigation took several weeks. At first I was given a start date for 2 weeks from my offer, then I never heard anything back until the night before when I was told that background results were not back yet and I would have to wait for another 3 weeks to start (if the results came back, then). They did come back and everything worked out well, however 5 weeks of waiting was not fun.
Other Details
I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Skills Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

Interviewed Nov 2010 (took a day)
The interview process started out with a interview from the recruiter. He asked my sales background history and asked a few simple interview questions. After the questioning, he asked if I had any questions - I asked a few questions (please be sure to have defined questions about the position applying for so there are no surprises.). After answering my questions, he described what the next phase of the interview would be like and explained to me who I would interview with next, how to dress, and encouraged me to sell myself. The next phase of the interview, I met with 2 managers, separately. The first manager, asked me common interview questions about my background, sales history, and how I handled different sales and customer service situations, then proceed to ask me to sell him a ball point pen. The next manager came in for the interview and stated that the first interviewer had already asked me all the questions and stated he would go over with me how the schedule works and proceeded to do so. After going over the schedule I was escorted out and called within 20 minutes and offered the position.

Interviewed Apr 2009 (took 4+ weeks)
I went into the interview and waited for about 20 minutes fir the Interviewer to come out to receive me. I walked through the area where I'd be working and it was very QUIET. It kind of scared me because I was use to a Sales Environment being LOUD and FUN! This was really awkward. The Interviewer took me in.....left for about 8-10 min to get the other interviewer that was getting her things together for the process. After that, they alternately asked a few questions (typical) Experiences, Scenarios on handling business, Over coming Obj..etc..THEN we had to ROLE PLAY! I did pretty good, but not my best..Eeek, however, I was offered the job about 5 days later! It was faily easy and the people were really nice! I GOT THE JOB!!!!
