No Offer – Interviewed in Kettering, OH Mar 2012 – Reviewed Apr 2, 2012

Interview Details – I found the job via a job search wed-site, Career Builders.com, I signed up and then filled out the application, took an 1 1/2 assessment online and e-mailed them my resume. They contacted me the next day, via phone, and set up an interview for the following day. They e-mailed me the information verifying the Interview and who I would be Interviewing with.
The Interviewer was very friendly and outgoing, was quick to put me at ease and gave me time to think before answering his questions. He verified the information from my resume', then we went into some senearios of the types of calls I might receive and how I would handle them as well as how I would offer additional products or services to existing customers. He also asked me to give examples of past experiences in which I handled difficult or irate customers and what the outcome was. In addition he also asked what I had liked and didn't like about my past jobs. In closing he asked what overall I was expecting to gain from being employed by them, in regards to experience and such. Then he said they would let me know within the next if I had been selected.
