I applied through a recruiter and the process took 3 weeks - interviewed at Title Trading in March 2010.

Interview Details – Title has a very deliberate hiring process, involving many functional disciplines as well as senior management. They put you through the test which says a lot about this

Interview Question – A few poker game questions I didn't really anticipate.   View Answer

The process took a day - interviewed at Title Trading in August 2010.

Interview Details – Applied on Craigslist. Then came in after a few email exchanges. Offered to start two weeks later.

Negotiation Details – There was not one. They only pay based on performance. However, when you start there was not an opportunity to perform.
