Interview Details – Phone interview, then on-site interviews that lasted most of an afternoon.
Be aware that once an offer is made, a VERY thorough background check will take place. If anything is found that was not discussed up front, the offer will be rescinded. Don't exagerate your last salary. Be honest about everything. A full physical will be required, including hair samples for a drug test, hearing test, vision... you name it. A criminal background check will take place, as well as a possible credit check.

Very Difficult Interview
