Interview Details – applied, and got an email to come in for an interview. the application took about 45 min. I have experience in retail so I think that helped me a lot. The main thing to remember is that the customer is always right and it is always about them when it comes to working in retail.

Interview Details – Very professional, went through 2 interviews. Lasted about an hour. Asked my experience. Told me the direction they wanted the position to take. First Interview I meet with the hiring manager. Next interview was with the operations manager and team members.
Interview Question – What type of salary I was looking for Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Very professional. They knew what they were doing. They gave me time to think the offer over and even sent an offer letter. (rare) They left communication open for negotiations

Interview Details – The interview process is not rigorous and basic knowledge of Oracle or any RDBMS will work. Only some Oracle application server related question will be asked, which is not a factor even if not answered. Database work is focused on basic administration of the database and its ongoing stability
Interview Question –
1) How to backup and recover a database?
2)How to resolve basic performance issues?
3)What are the most important physical files in the database?
4)How to troubleshoot database issues related to high load average and high memory usage?
