Interviewed Nov 2011 in Seattle, WA (took 2 weeks)
I applied online on a Tuesday and received an email from HR the next day wanting to schedule a phone screen. We agreed upon a time the following day (Thursday). The call arrived on time and we had a 30 minute interview with standard screening question about my experience and skills. Overall the call was professional and the tone was friendly and positive.
The following Wednesday I was contacted again and asked to come in for a loop interview that Friday.
Friday morning I arrived at the corporate offices and was immediately put into a conference room where I was successively interviewed individually by four different managers: The hiring manager, one of his peers, the CIO and then the VP of Finance who oversees the whole IT group. The interviews themselves were 30 minutes each, fairly standard and quite similar to each other. No real tricky questions, it seemed more like they were feeling me out culturally more then anything else. Everyone had been with the company for many years and they each mentioned what a great place it was to work at least once. I left the round of interviews feeling rather good about the experience and was quite frankly expecting to get an offer.
The following Tuesday I received an email from the HR contact informing me that they had moved forward with another candidate and thanking me for my time.
While I'm quite disappointed I didn't get this job, the whole interview process was quite pleasant and relatively positive. If another opportunity were to open up that matched my skills, I'd apply again in a heartbeat.

Interviewed Oct 2010 in Scottsdale, AZ (took 2 days)
Very comfortable and easy going interview. I spoke with two senior managers then the general manager after passing the first round of questions. I also met with the regional store manager for my interview as well. Very round table, sit down in style. Relaxed. Basic questions regarding sales style and why I liked the company or company knowledge were asked. Wear Tommy style clothing at interview here. A suit won't help.

Interviewed May 2011 in Las Vegas, NV (took 5 days)
Interviewing for Tommy Bahamas was a good experience. I first interviewed with one person, & then another person. they decided I would be a strong salesperson for their women's clothing dept. And after my backround check cleared, I was called in to work

i am content with the starting pay they have me at. It isn't like the bigger corporations where they take away your money if you don't sell enough, or if people return. We all work as a team there but we do still stand accountable for what our sales are. In my first 3 weeks of being there, I ended up 3rd on regional scale of selling the most.

Interviewed Oct 2008 in Estero, FL (took 2 weeks)
The interview was pretty basic. You get asked typicaly questions about retail and customer situations. Basically if you want hired, let them know that the customer (guest as they call it), is #1. And that you will, with the help of the store manager, make every customer satisfied so that they come back to shop.

Negotiation Details
Not much negotiation. They make you an offer. Maybe go back and forth once or twice but come on its retail. The extra $0.20 in negotiation really is irrelevent.

Interviewed Apr 2009 in Seattle, WA (took 2 weeks)
The first interview was a phone interview with HR. They wanted to get a feel for my skills and personality. The interview went well and lasted about 15-20 minutes.
The second interview was with the CRM Marketing Manager in their office. They were the first CRM Marketing Analyst they hired and moved into the CRM Marketing Manager position a few months later. The interview lasted an hour. They asked about my experience with analyzing data, CRMs, direct and online marketing. They were easy going and knew what they were talking about. It was definitely a good interview, because the vibe was good and they seemed to like me.
The third interview a group interview with 4 members of management, which include a VP. Each individual interview was supposed to last 45 minutes, but they lasted about 30 minutes or so. Most of the management were fairly new to the company and did not know too much about online marketing and leads. They did not really know what to ask. The vibe was awkward and uncomfortable. They did not know what to ask nor how I would be working with them. I noticed that one of management had a SEO for dummies book on their bookshelf along with others of the same nature. The last interview was with the VP. He was about 15 minutes late to meet with me. He asked me about 2 questions, I started to answer, and then his phone rang. It was his wife, he told her that he would call her back in 5 minutes. The interview with the VP lasted about 10 minutes. I thought it was very rude and unprofessional for the VP to answer a call during the interview, then cut it short.
Overall I thought the first two interviews were good. However, the last round was very unorganized and the VP made himself and the company look very unprofessional.

Interviewed Jan 2009 in Seattle, WA (took a day)
HR Department was very helpful and professional and told me before hand who I would be meeting with and what the dress code was which took the guesswork out of it. The actual interview was very different and it seemed to me that the company did not know what they were looking for in the position since the description had changed 3+ times. I detected a little bit of animosity from the interviewer and was only asked questions about my resume, not the typical "what are your strengths and weaknesses" questions. I was disappointed about the interview and felt the actual interview was not very professional.
