The position was for the retail team, the full price stores in the US. I met with the senior planner who would be my direct boss. Very pleasant and relaxed attitude. He implied that he has been the industry a long time and values close relationships between planners, buyers and management. We reviewed my experience after he told me their planning style and thought that it went well.

A good experience overall. Talked to the HR executive first and then to the immediate supervisor. The HR person asked standards questions ("why you want to work here", "what do you know about the company", etc.) and was quite friendly. After that discussed the position in detail with the manager, who seemed knowledgeable and attentive. The interview started on time and lasted about 40 min. The office is great too, full of character and reflects the brand's aesthetic.

I applied in person, looked presentable, and returned the application the next day. I was called a week later and was scheduled an interview 3 days later. It consisted of a group interview of 14 people and right away they told us they'd only be hiring 3 sales associates. Questions are pretty basic but they expect your answers to be well articulated. Just relax and you'll be good.

I met with a recruiter at our campus career fair and gave them my resume. A few months later, someone called asking if I was still interested. He asked if I was able to relocate sometime in the future and that was pretty much it. They told me they'd be happy to have me and I accepted.
