Interview Details – The position was for the retail team, the full price stores in the US. I met with the senior planner who would be my direct boss. Very pleasant and relaxed attitude. He implied that he has been the industry a long time and values close relationships between planners, buyers and management. We reviewed my experience after he told me their planning style and thought that it went well.
