Once you make their screening, the initial on-site interview was with several people including the GM, HR, VP of Manufacturing, COO, and CEO. They have a philosophy of everyone has to be on-board with you. So if someone does it think you are a fit you do not talk to the rest of the people interviews where straight forward. - What are your strengths?
