Toshiba America Logistics Specialist Interview

Interview Details – I was contacted by a recruiter via email, they probably found me via the web (Linkedin??). After a general conversation, the recruiter told me to apply for the position via their website and they would discuss the details of the conversation with the position's direct manager. Then, everything went dark.

Approx 2.5 weeks later I sent a follow-up email and didn't get any response. Approximately 2 weeks later, I received a response stating they'd like to bring me in, that week, for an interview. There was also an obligatory explanation for why they hadn't been in touch.

The on-site interview consisted of meeting with the recruiter I had been in contact with (the same one that did the initial screening), as well as the direct manager of the open position. Both meetings consisted of reviews of my experience and potential areas of concern. There was no quantifiable evaluation of skills / knowledge & no brain teasers / role playing.

After completing the interview, I was told I would hear back the following week and never heard anything.
