Interviewed Mar 2008 (took a day)
Their were three sets of interview. The first one is with the human resource supervisor then the supervisor or the manager of the department eyeing you as a potential candidate.. then finally the group or panel interview with the japanese and local managers. The interview is very technical. They ask you stuff like circuits, and other engineering thing. It was fun and very challenging experience.

The interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Personality Test and a Background Check.
