You get phone screened then one on one and then they make an offer. If you accept the offer they give you a start date and then you proceed fromt here pretty standard hiring process.

There was no negotiation they said this is the salary take it or leave it

I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Group/Panel Interview.
