Interview Details – I interviewed for this position three itmes.Once with the HR recruiter, the hiring manager and HR Director. I received a verbal offer over the phone from HR Director then a written.
Interview Question – Most difficult question was, "how I would handle a disgruntle employee"? Answer Question
Negotiation Details – We negotiated a starting wage then a three month review for an increase. At five months I finally received my review and did get my increase.
Other Details - I applied through a recruiter and the process took 2 weeks.
