Interviewed Nov 2011 in Glasgow, Scotland (United Kingdom) (took 2 days)
The telephone screening led to a face to face interview with a 2 managers and then another telephone interview. After this the process broke down, the manager had said I'd get feedback via HR within 24 hours. After 72 hours I was called and offered the job. The recruiter was amazed that I wanted a bit of time to think about it - I had to make sure the basic salary and commsion would be finincial viable. The recruiter said they'd email me a contract to review and I agreed to call on the Monday. The HR team never sent the contract or offer as promised yet were amazed and somewhat rude about the fact that I didnt want to accept.

The company never kept to the expecations they set with me about the onboarding process, I had reservations about working for company that wasnt able to do this.

The interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.
