Toughest part was the role play, b/c it was so unexpected! Just remember to remain positive and happy. I was nervous, and my trembling voice projected that, but its to be expected by the hiring manager. Just remember to smile, be perky throughout the whole convo, and develop a connection with the "customer" right off the bat.
