Interviewed Jul 2009 in Dublin, County Dublin (Ireland) (took 2 days)
First, I had to interview with a a panel from IBEC in Dublin and accepted onto the IBEC shortlist. Then interviewed with a member of the HR team and the head of central marketing. The interview consisted of questions relating to my background experience and education including projects in both work and college.
I was successful and was offered a place in Copenhagen.
The questions were relating to teamwork, creativity and innovation and how I would react during certain situations with consumers etc...

Interviewed May 2008 in New York, NY (took 2 days)
First, I had to interview with a HR manager 1:1 regarding my background experience and education, projects in both work and University which I completed and what were my key take aways from these. I was successful and got to the second interview which consisted of a panel of three people who asked me various competency based questions demonstrating my managing experience, leadership, teamwork, creativity and innovation and how I would react during certain situations.
