Actuarial Analyst Interview

Actuarial Analyst

I applied through other source and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Towers Perrin in January 2008.

Interview Details – TP is very picky in who it hires. They would rather not hire any one then hire a bad candidate even when short on workers. they look for maturity, ability to steer conversations to meaningful discussions and the slightest things will get you cut (i.e. using or looking at your cellphone). Be careful to be professional during the interview.

Interview Question – Why do you want to be an actuary?   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – No, but thats because they have a salary table for actuaries and follow it strictly.
