TP is very picky in who it hires. They would rather not hire any one then hire a bad candidate even when short on workers. they look for maturity, ability to steer conversations to meaningful discussions and the slightest things will get you cut (i.e. using or looking at your cellphone). Be careful to be professional during the interview.
