Interviewed Jan 2010 (took 5 days)
Following a phone interview with HR, I was asked in for an interview. The day of the interview, I was interviewed by 4 people and taken out to lunch with two others. The two I went to lunch with would have been peers had I gotten the job. The four I was interviewed by were people who would have been superiors. The positions of the people I met with increased as the day progressed. The interview process was very scripted with each of the four tackling a different topic. I think I was asked every typical interview question, many difficult to answer. I was returning to the work force after being out for 9 years and that made many of the questions very diffiicult to answer. I was not given an offer and was told that they felt that I didn't have enough experience managing people which was correct. They said they liked me but the position just wasn't right for me at that time. I am actually glad I didn't get that job because I am further along in my career now that I would be if I had been offered that job.
