Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Atlanta, GA – Reviewed Jul 29, 2012
Interview Details – Towers bring folks interviewing on the east coast up to their Philadelphia office to go through a day of interviews. There is a dinner the night before so individuals within the practice can meet and greet all of the candidates, and get a feel for fit within the organization. The next day you go through a day-long process with multiple interviews, including a group interview.
Interview Question – Must of the questions you're asked are situational to see how you would think through a problem, and get a sense for your approach and aspects of the situation you would consider. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Be up front, regardless of your level, about what you're looking for in terms of salary. Don't settle for anything less than you want, because if you don't get what you're looking for, the process once you're in the door isn't conducive to adjustments.
Other Details - I applied through campus recruiting and the process took 4+ weeks.
