Interview Details – Too long and not so structured interviews. You may apply to a position in Engineering, yet end up in a situation (after 5 hour long interviews) where the Recruitment rep declares that you are selected for a position in HR.
Interview Question – Are you planning to get married or have a baby any time soon? Answer Question
Negotiation Details – I was a grad fresh out of college so I did not negotiate at all. Entry salary for the graduates is highly competitive anyway.
