I gave my resume in university career fair and got a phone interview next week. After one month waiting, I got the offer.
Some of the phone interview questions related to my resume, and some are behavior questions. I was told to get the final decision within two weeks. But the schedule was delay because of their travel to Japan.
However, people are nice, including the recruiter in career fair and the Co-op coordinate for phone interview.

Interviewed Apr 2011 (took 2 months)
Worked directly with TEMA HR Recruiters. Phone interview twice. Met in person a mixture of first and second level managers. Then a callback with Senior mgmt. All of the people were very nice, asked interesting questions and provided good feedback.

Interviewed Nov 2011 (took 2 months)
Contacted 1 month after I applied for a position posted online. 1st interview was with principal engineer, engineering manager, and an HR coordinator. Total time for the phone interview was about an hour long, consisted mostly 10 STARS based questions. 2nd interview held at the facility with the same engineering manager, the general manager, an engineer, an HR coordinator, and an HR recruiter. Total time for 2nd interview was about an hour and a half and covered technical questions.

I was happy with the total package, included a bonus, a sign-on bonus, and base salary. Communication during the entire process was very good.
