I applied online and the process took 3 weeks - interviewed at Toyota Motor Europe in September 2013.

Interview Details – I only gave one phone interview. They said that they will call in 10 days with an answers, but they didn't so I guess I wasn't accepted.
The interview was average, they asked about my skills and my job experience. It is an old-fashion interview with questions like "how do you see yourself in the next 5 months?" or "what was the most challenging problem you had to solve in the past?"

Interview Question – What was the most challenging problem you had to solve in the past?   Answer Question

Human Resources Specialist Interview

Human Resources Specialist

I applied online and the process took 3 weeks - interviewed at Toyota Motor Europe.

Interview Details – 2 phone interviews and personality psychometric assesment. 1st interview with a recruiter about the details of my cv and the responsibilities in my current job. 2nd review with a recruiter and the department manager; I expected a more competency-based interview but instead they asked me more technical, 'on the job' questions. The psychometric test was interesting, no preparation was needed for this from my part.

Interview Question – They asked me my age and whether I have a family or not, which I found weird as I think it is against the equal opportunities legislation..   Answer Question

Zaventem (Belgium)

I applied online and the process took 4+ weeks - interviewed at Toyota Motor Europe in February 2010.

Interview Details – I have applied for a software engineer position. The Interview process was smooth.
I had one pure HR interview, one mixed (HR & Technical) and one purely technical.
In general there was no offence, and the process was really smooth. In addition the HR people were really helpful and efficient. The HR part was dedicated to personal aspects, professional targets and responses to various difficult working scenarios (e,g. Your team is lazy but the work has to be done... What are you going to do?). The technical part was dedicated to my past work and to basic diesel engine function.

Interview Question – How does a diesel engine works. For an engineer it should be straightforward, but for a software engineer like me, it was a little tricky.   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – The negotiation was for the star-end dates. The salary was fixed.
