Interviewed Jun 2010 (took 4 weeks)
I submitted my resume and application and two days later I received a phone call from a recruiter to set up an interview for a telephone screening. During the telephone screening, I was asked questions about what made me choose my college for obtaining a degree. I was also asked about specific situations where I would had to lead or be involved in team work.

Interviewed Mar 2011 in Blue Springs, MS (took a day)
Phone and panel interview were very standard for Toyota. They want answers in STAR format. Questions like "Tell me about a time when you and a coworker did not see eye-to-eye, and how the issue was resolved." Nothing to be afraid of, just jot down a few anticipated scenarios, and fit them to each question.

Interviewed Oct 2010 in Torrance, CA (took 3 weeks)
Was given a phone interview after speaking with a recruiter at my college fair. Flown out (Toyota paid expenses) to one of the regions to be a part of a 2-day interview process. First day consisted of 2 interviews with managers and waiting for a call-back for the next day. Was told I didn't make it to the second round due to my lack of experience (which was confusing considering they had been advancing me KNOWING my lack of experience in the industry,) Overall, nice people...but shady logic.

Interviewed Mar 2008 in Torrance, CA (took a day)
The interview was based on a printed list of questions. I was interviewed by a current employee: a mid-level manager. It was a friendly give and take and took about 25 minutes. Mostly they asked about my skills and experiences relevant to the job but they also wanted to see that I knew something about their cars.
