Interviewed Nov 2010 in Madison, WI (took 4 days)
Group interview. Process is as everyone described. Walk in and told to pick a toy to present and try to sell to the panel. When you get back you're asked a question just to break the ice and then given legos to build something and tell how you would sell it. After you are to talk about the toy you picked when you came in and finally there's the one on one. I had my interview on friday and got the call on tuesday telling me I was hired. Overall was a good experience, wasnt really what I was expecting but had fun and would do it again.

Interviewed Nov 2009 in Chattanooga, TN (took a day)
The interview was a group interview which consisted of 6 interviewees 1 interviewer and 1 observer. The interviewer had everyone get some toilet paper and for each square you had you had to tell something about yourself. Then she gave some background about the company after that she had everyone take the first letter of their name and gave an adjective that started with that letter. The interviewer passed an envelope around and everyone had to pick a piece of paper from the envelope, the paper either said "Good" or "Bad", depending on the paper you received you had to tell of a good or bad experience you recently had. After that the interviewer split the interviewees into 2 groups to put a puzzle together, there was 1 piece missing from each puzzle. Last but not least there was the 1:1, she asked simple questions like which position would you like to have, why are you a good candidate for this position.
