    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 dayinterviewed at Tradesmen International (Cleveland, OH) in May 2014.

    Interview

Very informal. No structure and often the conversation went off the original topic. Seemed to be interested in personal infomation and not what the job would be about. I needed the job so I was there to answer what was required. I did briefly explain my experience in sales and working in a call center previously.

    Interview Questions

    • Why do I want to work with this company   1 Answer

    Negotiation

I would say be open to having a very open ended interview process that is aimed at if everyone in the department thinks that your an asset to be friends with. That made me confused. I can honestly say I have never been to an interview quite conducted that way.
